Blueberry Muffins

For these muffins the recipe of the the dough is the same as the one used for my chocolate chips muffins.

For 10 muffins

  • 100g blueberries
  • 2 eggs
  • 80g butter
  • 3 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 90g sugar (it is possible to use 45g white sugar and 45g of brown sugar)
  • 10g vanilla sugar
  • 150g flour
  • 3 table spoon of milk

Preheat  your over for 15 minutes at 180°C.

In a bowl, mix the butter, the vanilla sugar and the sugar together.

Add the eggs, the milk.

Then add gradually the baking powder and the flour.

Once everything is well combined, add the blueberries and stir but not too much.

Fill the muffin tin.

Bake for 30 minutes or until they are brown.

Let the muffins cool down before turning them out of the tin.

Chocolate Chips Muffins

I have tried several recipes of muffins before but I have never found them amazing as the chocolate chips or fruit always finished at the bottom of the muffins. After trying and improving the recipes, I manage to reach the one I wanted. I am happy to share it with you.

For 10 muffins

  • 100g chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 80g butter
  • 3 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 90g sugar
  • 10g vanilla sugar
  • 150g flour
  • 3 table spoon of milk

You can do this recipe with fruits instead of chocolate. I often do it with blueberries.

Preheat  your over for 15 minutes at 180°C.

In a bowl, mix the butter, the vanilla sugar and the sugar together.

Add the eggs, the milk.

Then add gradually the baking powder and the flour.

Once everything is well combined, add the chocolate chips and stir but not too much.

Fill the muffin tin.

Bake for 25 minutes or until they are brown.

Let the muffins cool down before turning them out of the tin.

Enjoy your treat!
